Julia Bollinger

Julia is an invaluable member of the Foster Law team with experience in client services, bookkeeping, accounting and title processing. She spent ten years learning the ins and outs of state bureaucracy at the office of the Chief Counsel of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in Baltimore. Her law office and management expertise was honed with ten years as the assistant to the Senior Managing Partner of a large, prestigious Baltimore law firm.

Julia came to the Eastern Shore and developed a keen understanding of statewide real estate issues as a Title Processor for a Queen Anne's County Title Company.

Clients will find Julia knowledgeable and extraordinarily helpful as the point person for the firm.

Lindsay Whittington

Lindsay is the newest member of the Foster Law team. A Kent Island native, Lindsay traveled to High Point University in North Carolina where she graduated with a B.S. in Psychology. After realizing her interest in law she later graduated from The University of South Carolina where she became a Certified Paralegal.

After graduation Lindsay moved back to Queen Anne's County and worked for a law firm in Annapolis, Maryland where she specialized in commercial real estate transactions. Lindsay has been licensed by the Maryland Insurance Administration since 2015 as a Title Insurance Producer. In addition to her title duties she also acts as Mr. Foster's paralegal/legal assistant.
